let's see. what's been going on? winter in london is not so bad. i like the feeling from being very cold to very warm. so more shows... expo 08, the inspire show, and a few others coming up. the best way to keep up is at my flickr. besides that school, work school, work sleep laundry sleep.

so yeah. i'm sorry i haven't been updating. i am now living in london. this is a good city for me. a lot of stuff has happened. some good and some bad. the ass who subletted my apartment in LA decided to throw away the majority of my belongings (including artwork) and left my animals to fend on their own, so a bit of drama. hopefully, it's smoother sailing from here.

i've been in a few shows since i moved here. one at the bodhi gallery on brick lane, the Yo! what happened to peace show at the foundry on old street, a couple at monkeyhouse toys in LA, and currently, I am in the stuffed show at munky king..more coming up soon, including the welcome to dollywood show at monkeyhouse in december.

speaking of the monkeyfarm, if you are in LA, you can pick up some of my paintings and the trunk from peel magazine's "trick your trunk" contest there.

so i am told the vinyl figures and such will be ready for release early next yr. keep your fingers crossed.

So I have a piece in The Vader Project, a reimagining of the iconic Darth Vader helmet by some of today's hottest pop and underground artists, which will have its World Premiere May 24 to 28th, 2007 at Star Wars Celebration IV, being held at the Los Angeles Convention Center to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Star Wars.

well. i am moving to London to go to Camberwell for grad school (printmaking) in September, so I suppose that is the biggest news in a while.

On May 20, I will be at Dublab Community Record Fair at the Ex-Plex in Echo Park, LA . I will have a little booth set up where you can buy my plush dolilies, tshirts (incluiding brand new designs (all uniquely hand printed), prints, sticker packs and more. Come on out. 2pm-2am (i will be leaving @ 10pm)

The Inspiration Art Show, a celebration of global art, is up thru May 28 in Jerusalem, Israel now at the Barbur Gallery.

A couple of other big shows are coming up soon, will post when allowed. One is a "secret" and one, I don't have the details, but it's in Long Beach.

The toys are supposed to come out by November at latest. 3 vinyl figures and a plush, so stay tuned on that.

The Dave Circus Punk for Peel Magazine is in and I'm signing them today and then they will be off to Peel Headquarters.

Nifty little thing.. miss olive's stickers have made it into the printmaking collection at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Not sure how they got their hands on them, but we're in good company.

You may have noticed things are a bit in upheaval here. I've decided the site needs a bit of reconstruction. So, in the next few weeks or so, I will be updating/fixing/ adding new stuff, so don't get your panties in a wad if a link is broken here and there.

Oh shit. I keep forgetting. Well, I haven't quite been myself the past little while.. getting back there.. I did a pair of CIRCUS PUNKS for Peel Magazine. A "Holly" punk is available to buy now and a "Dave" punk is coming soon. Buy them here. All proceeds go to Peel Magazine. (Hear that Mr. Taxman? I make no money off these)

Pictoplasma was really great. Thanks Lars and Peter for putting so much effort into making it so good.
Really enjoyed hanging out with Cute Crimes Crew, Bloodybunny, Juicefoozle, and his lady, Doe, among tons of others.

Some favourite presenters were Ian Stevenson, Wayne Horse, Derrick Hodgson, Friends with You, and Jon Burgerman, who we met again later at his opening at Lazy Oaf in London. You're a nice fellow, Mr. Burgerman and we liked your show. Thank you for the cupcakes and beer.

Also, Lisbon was really beautiful. Many thanks to the one I stayed with. Did most of my street work in that city, which is covered with it.

I 'll be in New York for the Methods/Peel 7 Issue release/Stickerthrow on the 18th. I believe you'll be seeing the Circus Punk dolls I designed for Peel Magazine there. More on this later.

Seeing as how pandas are an endangered species and all, I have taken it upon myself to repopulate the city of Los Angeles with pandas. It's the least I can do to help our planet.

Got some new stickers in. eggs and salt. it all makes sense. Really.

The cult has reached 285 members as of today. I think we may have surpassed Heaven's Gate.
